Today...
Today my gym instructor gave me back all my old pregress sheets. Very interesting. Last October I was struggling to shoulder press 12.5kg, and I can now do 40kg, which is very encouraging!

As if anyone is interested, I am blogging my gym progress. I would like to get in contact with anyone doing Olympic Weightlifting, mainly for advice. Have recently started and am looking to get good!
